Can I send this as a gift to a new mom?
Absolutely — postpartum meals are one of the most thoughtful gifts for a new mother. We offer packages from $182 and gift cards from $25. You can also add Mothership to any baby registry.
What makes Mothership meals different from regular frozen meals?
Every recipe is built around traditional postpartum foods — warming dishes, iron-carrying ingredients, and slow-simmered broths, the kind of food cultures have leaned on for generations after birth. Created by a chef who studied neuroscience at Penn and then became a mother herself.
When should I order if I'm expecting?
We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before your due date. Meals stay fresh in your freezer for up to 6 months, so they'll be ready when you need them. Many moms order their second round after baby arrives.
