Perinatal Therapists in Greenbrae, CA

What a perinatal therapist does

Perinatal therapists are counselors who focus on pregnancy, birth, and the first year. They're licensed (LMFT, LCSW, psychologist), and the PMH-C certification means extra training in perinatal mental health. Most offer video sessions, which matters when leaving the house is the hard part.

Worth asking before you decide

• Do you hold the PMH-C or similar perinatal training?
• Do you offer video sessions?
• Are you taking new clients, and how soon could we start?
• Do you take insurance or offer a sliding scale?
