My name is Tynesha (she/her) and I am a Certified Labor & Birth, Postpartum, and Full Spectrum Doula, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I am also a Spinning Babies Certified Birth Professional, a Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Instructor and I hold a BSc in Primatology. Root Connections Birthwork is dedicated to supporting individuals through evidence-based information (not personal opinion), compassion, advocacy and empathy.
