With more than a decade of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, Mikki brings a deep respect for physiologic birth together with comprehensive professional midwifery training. Mikki has really been preparing for this gifting her whole life. She jokes, "The first birth client I ever had was a momma sheep out on our family friend's farm in Colorado when I was 9 years old. That was the first birth I ever participated in and since then, I've been so enthralled with birth in every form." Before becoming a licensed midwife, Mikki gave birth to each of her three babies at home with midwives and also spent over a decade working as a birth doula and childbirth educator. Those experiences shaped her belief that families deserve individualized care, informed choices, and a provider who truly gets to know them. Today, she provides comprehensive home birth midwifery care to families throughout the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles communities.
