My Philosophy

I became a midwife because I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, supported, and respected. Birth is not a medical event to be managed—it's a transformative experience to be witnessed. My approach blends traditional midwifery wisdom with current evidence. I trust the process, but I also trust my training. I'll be your advocate, your guide, and your biggest cheerleader—while always keeping you and your baby safe.

Featured Review
Sarah was absolutely incredible throughout my pregnancy and birth. As a first-time mom, I had so many questions and fears—she addressed every single one with patience and evidence-based information. When my labor stalled and we decided to transfer to the hospital, she stayed by my side, advocated for my wishes, and made what could have been a scary experience feel supported and empowering. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Questions for Sarah

I primarily attend home births and birth center births. However, if you're planning a hospital birth and want midwifery support, I offer a doula-style support package where I provide prenatal education, labor support, and postpartum care—while your OB or hospital midwife handles the clinical aspects.
