## In their words
"Proudly offering emotional, informational and physical support for your reproductive journey. Serving Sonora, CA and surrounding area. Root Connections Birthwork: Labor/Birth, Postpartum and Full Spectrum Doula Support" — https://www.rootconnectionsbirthwork.com

We had the absolute privilege of working with Tynesha as our doula...From our very first meeting, her warmth of spirit, deep compassion, and wealth of knowledge made us feel supported, safe, and seen. Tynesha doesn’t just show up—she shows up with her whole heart...Her calming presence and unwavering encouragement were a grounding force throughout our journey as first time parents. My name is Tynesha (she/her) and I am a Certified Labor & Birth, Postpartum, and Full Spectrum Doula, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I am also a Spinning Babies Certified Birth Professional, a Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Instructor and I hold a BSc in Primatology. Root Connections Birthwork is dedicated to supporting individuals through evidence-based information (not personal opinion), compassion, advocacy and empathy. I am honored to provide comprehensive & inclusive doula support to families in the Mother Lode and surrounding areas.
